"Debug Lotus Script" not found under "Tools" on Lotus Notes 8.5 on Linux Platform.

We are using Redhat version 5.02 of Linux where Lotus debugger is not found under "Tools" on Lotus Notes 8.5. But i can add it to the Universal Toolbar by customizing the toolbar. When we customize the toolbar and run it it works properly on Redhat as well as Ubuntu, why is it not found under "Toos"? Is there any work around for this?

We are using a Redhat Equivalent OS where after customizing the Toolbar for adding the "Debug Lotus Script" then Notes crashes. Any workaround for this?
